A Good Faith Exam is a comprehensive medical screening conducted by Natalie Gossett, APRN, to evaluate your medical history, current health status, and determine your eligibility for aesthetic treatment. This evaluation is performed through a brief telehealth consultation prior to your scheduled appointment. The purpose of the Good Faith Exam is to ensure that the requested treatment is medically appropriate, safe, and aligns with the applicable standard of care. Once completed, the Good Faith Exam remains valid for 12 months, provided there have been no significant changes to your medical history or health status. Completion of a valid Good Faith Exam is required before receiving treatment and helps ensure the highest standard of patient safety and quality of care.
